When looking at a dandelions, some see a weeds while others see a wishes. Kids always see wishes. One of my favorite things to photograph are the moments that show the beauty and magic of childhood and the Kanetsky session was the perfect reminder of this. The kids were all tired so we were wrapping up our session and heading back to the car when Blaise grabbed a dandelion from the side of the path. Finding the dandelion gave him newfound energy as he tried to blow the seeds off the stem… so we stopped for a moment to let Blaise and Caroline play in the dandelions… and the result were pure magic! I love the sense of wonder in their photos and I hope all their dandelion wishes come true!
