MY STYLE

My photography style is timeless, authentic and nature-infused. I invest a lot of time hand editing each and every photo in a way that’s classically beautiful so your photos won’t look outdated in 30 years. I NEVER outsource or bulk edit using A.I., like many other photographers. In a world full of overly filtered photos, I choose authenticity. It’s more work on my end but it’s worth it.

TIMING

To get the best lighting possible, my outdoor sessions typically a few hours before sundown or shortly after sunrise. Be sure to check sunset/sunrise times for the season you’re interested in. Indoor sessions usually take place between 9 a.m. and 4 p.m. I shoot year round so be sure to check out my winter wonderland session too!

STYLING

What you wear greatly impacts the look and feel of your photos. I love to help with styling and I’ll make sure you outfits coordinate perfectly with your location while also staying true to your family’s style. I also subscribe to a styling service, Style & Select, which makes styling your whole family easy and affordable, and I have a client closet that’s full of outfits that you’re welcome to borrow.

YOUR EXPERIENCE

It’s about so much more than pretty family photos - it’s about making memories and having fun! Your photography experience will feel relaxed, natural and fun because you’ll be busy making memories with your family instead of trying to hit the perfect pose. This is also why my session times are a little longer. The extra time is where the magic happens. It’s where the real smiles and laughter lives. It’s where the memories that your family will treasure for years are created.

YOUR GALLERY

Your gallery will be big and will have a diverse mix on photos - candid/action/traditional/detail/environmental - you’ll have it all. Your photos will be delivered by online gallery and you’ll have access to an online store where you can easily and quickly purchase prints and products… but your purchased photos include printing rights so you can also order prints wherever you’d like. Galleries are typically delivered in 2-4 weeks but might take longer during peak season.

WHEN TO BOOK

To take advantage of the full experience, please reach out early. The more time we have to collaborate, the more we can customize your session. Due to the amount of time I invest in each session, I only book a limited number of sessions per month. Sessions typically sell out months in advance. If sessions are full, please still reach out because I always have a waitlist and I can sometimes add extra dates.

INVESTMENT

You’re not only investing in a beautiful collection of hand edited photographs and an interactive experience for your family, but you’ll also receive full styling support, light props and location planning. Think of it as a date night or a family night activity because you’re going to have to have fun! Storytelling sessions start at $600. Interest-free payment plans are available. Payments can be made via Venmo Business, cash, ACH, credit or debit.
