Summer/Fall - Existing clients will get early access to dates starting in January. If any sessions remain, they’ll be made available to the general public.
Weekends - I only have six weekend session left for the year.

FAMILY SESSIONS

My goal is to capture your family’s love in a beautiful and authentic way. I always capture a few traditionally-posed photos where everyone is looking at the camera but you’ll spend a majority of your session playing, exploring, laughing and snuggling since the moments of real connection are where the magic happens.

60-minute session at sunrise or sunset

45-minute session between 9 a.m. and 2 p.m.

COVID-19 safety:

I am fully vaccinated. Would you like me to wear a mask to your session? Would you prefer a touch-free session (I sometimes need to help with outfits, posing or hair)?

Terms

RETAINER: Your $200 retainer is due in order to hold your spot and your payment will go towards your session total. You do not need to select your session type in order to pay your retainer. Retainers are non-refundable because they're used to hold your session. PAYMENTS: The remaining balance for your session, less your retainer, is due 24-hours before your session. If you purchase upgrades after you receive your proof gallery, upgrades must be paid in full before the digital product will be delivered. Studio rental fees must be paid in full at least one week before your session. UPGRADES: Your session includes printing rights to a select number of digital photos. You will have the option to purchase additional photos at the agreed upon price. TIMELINESS: Please plan to arrive early to allow time for restroom stops and outfit changes. If you arrive late to your session, it is unlikely all the missed time can be recovered due to the sun setting or schedule constraints. Refunds will not be issued for time lost due to late arrival. COVID-19: I am fully vaccinated. I wear masks for indoor sessions but I do not typically wear a mask for outdoor sessions. If you'd be more comfortable with me wearing a mask, just ask and I am more than happy to wear one. I also sometimes need to touch you and/or your family to help with posing and outfit malfunctions. If you'd prefer a touch-free session, please let me know before your sessions begins. ILLNESS & INJURY: If you or a member of your family becomes ill or becomes injured and you need an alternate date, I will do my very best to reschedule your session. If anyone in your family has been directly exposed to a COVID-19 positive person or has ANY COVID-19 symptoms the week of your session, please ask to reschedule. WEATHER: The call on weather related cancellations will be made by the photographer. For sunset sessions, the weather assessment is usually made by noon on the day of your session. For sunrise sessions, the assessment is usually done the evening before your session. GALLERIES: I try to send selection galleries will be sent to you 2-3 weeks after your session. If you need your photos back by a specific date, please let me know in writing before your session and I will do my best to help. Rush editing is available but fees may apply. COPYRIGHT: Your session includes printing rights to purchased photos. The photographer retains copyrights to all photos and the photographer reserves the right to post photos to digital platforms (social media, website, etc.) unless client specifies otherwise in writing. PRINTS & PRODUCTS: Any photos you purchase include printing rights so you may print photos or order photo products at the photo lab of your choice. Your gallery will also include print and product offerings, should you want help ordering prints through a professional lab.
