Terms

DEPOSIT: Sessions require a $300 deposit. Your deposit will be applied to your session total and is used to hold your family's date and time. Deposits are not refundable unless the photographer approves the refund.
PAYMENTS: The remaining balance for your session, less your deposit, is due before your session. If you purchase upgrades, upgrades must be paid in full before the digital product will be delivered. Studio rental fees must be paid in full at least one week before your session.
UPGRADES: Your session includes printing rights to a select number of digital photos. You will have the option to purchase additional photos at the agreed upon price.
STAYING HEALTHY: If you or anyone in your family has a compromised immune system and/or would you'd prefer a touch-free session or you would like me to wear a mask, just let me know.
ILLNESS & INJURY: I work with a lot of newborn babies so I kindly ask that if you or anyone in your family is ill, please ask to reschedule your session and I will do my very best to reschedule your session. If anyone in your family has been directly exposed to a COVID-19 or has COVID-19 symptoms within 10 days of your session, please ask to reschedule.
WEATHER: The call on weather related cancellations will be made by the photographer. If weather cancels your session, an alternate date will be arranged. Since Ohio weather changes quickly, the weather assessment usually is made six hours before your session. For sunset sessions, the weather assessment is usually made by noon on the day of your session. For sunrise sessions, the assessment is usually done the evening before your session.
GALLERIES: I try to send selection galleries will be sent to you 2-3 weeks after your session, but may take up to five weeks during peak season. If you need your photos back by a specific date, please let me know in writing before your session and I will do my best to help.
COPYRIGHT: Your session includes printing rights to purchased photos. Photo will be delivered in high resolution JPEG format. The photos delivered are not to be edited by the client or other person. RAW files are not provided. The photographer retains copyrights to all photos and the photographer reserves the right to post photos to digital platforms (social media, website, etc.) unless client specifies otherwise in writing within 7 days of gallery delivery.
PRINTS & PRODUCTS: Any photos you purchase include printing rights so you may print photos or order photo products at the photo lab of your choice. Your gallery will also include print and product offerings, should you want help ordering prints through a professional lab.
PHOTO STORAGE: Please download and back up your photos (more information on this is provided in the photo management guide you'll receive with your gallery). Once purchased photos are delivered, the photographer does not guarantee copies of your photos will be retained beyond 90 days. Online galleries are also not meant for long term storage and are only guaranteed for 90 days. If you gallery is decommissioned and you request for it to be rebuilt, a $75 gallery build fee will likely apply to cover the time required to rebuild your gallery.
