Terms

INVESTMENT: Mini sessions are $300 and include a 20-minute session and your choice of six photos delivered via online gallery. You will have the option to buy additional photos - $40 for single photos, $99 fo a bundle of four photos or $200 for all photos. Sessions will be filled on a first come, first serve basis. Your session will not be officially reserved until your retainer is paid. RETAINER: A $150 retainer is due upon booking and the remaining $150 is due the day of your session. Your retainer is not refundable unless - Rain or lightning prevent the session from taking place and you do not wish to reschedule - The unlikely chance that the photographer is unable to fulfill contract due to illness or injury LATE ARRIVALS: Please arrive early and be ready to start by your scheduled start time to ensure we make the most of our 20-minutes together. Mini sessions work by booking multiple sessions back-to-back so I may not be able to extend your session if you arrive late. GALLERIES: Photo selection galleries will be sent to you 2-3 weeks after your session. Rush editing is available for an additional charge. WEATHER: Ohio weather is unpredictable so the final call on weather is typically made 4-12 hours before your session. Sessions are sometimes postponed or rescheduled due to high winds, unseasonably cold or hot weather or rain. ILLNESS & INJURY: If you or a member of your family becomes ill or becomes injured and you need an alternate date, I will do my very best to find you another date. If anyone in your family has been directly exposed to a COVID-19 patient or has any of the COVID-19 symptoms during the weeks leading up to your session, please contact me so we can work on rescheduling your session.
