Congratulations on your growing family! I offer a variety of sessions to capture every stage of your growing family. Below are three things that set me apart from other photographers…

Storytelling: When you invest in my work, you are investing in high-quality photos that will tell your family’s story in a beautiful, authentic way. I always capture a few traditionally posed photos but I also capture lots of lifestyle photos (candid and lightly posed photos) that show the beauty and emotion of becoming parents.
Convenience: I bring everything to you - blankets, baskets, baby wraps, etc. - and I can even set up a studio-like setting for wrapped baby photos in your home.
Flexibility: Newborns are unpredictable so all my sessions are flexible to allow time for changing, feedings or any other breaks that may be needed.

ALL SESSIONS INCLUDE

Email or phone consultation before your sessions to plan outfits, location and session flow

Use of client closet clothing and stylized photo props (blankets, quilts, baby wraps, baby headbands, baskets, crates, etc.)
Online gallery
Choice of location - In-home, outdoors or studio
Option to include breastfeeding and/or skin-to-skin photos
Safety precautions: I have my COVID-19 vaccine and booster, I sanitize my hands regularly, and I am happy to wear a KN95 mask

DELUXE NEWBORN SESSION - $850

Two hour session that includes both lifestyle & styled/wrapped baby photos (the parent/sibling photos typically take 90-minutes and the remaining time is used for the wrapped baby photos)
You get to choose 15 digital photos with printing rights

RETAINER: A $200 retainer is due at the time of booking. Your session will not be officially reserved until your retainer is paid. Your retainer will be credited towards your photo session balance and your retainer is not refundable unless - rain/lightning prevent the session from taking place - COVID-19 regulations prevent sessions - The unlikely chance that the photographer is unable to fulfill contract due to illness or injury SCHEDULING : Maternity sessions are typically scheduled between 32-36 weeks, hospital sessions are scheduled when you're at the hospital and newborn sessions are best when your baby is 5-15 days old. If you have a scheduled induction or c-section, we can book your session date in advance. If your delivery will not be scheduled, simply contact me once you know your baby is here and we'll get a date on the calendar. PAYMENTS: Your remaining balance for your base session is due before your session takes place. If you choose to purchase additional photos after you see your gallery, full payment is needed before the photos will be released. Payment plans are available. COPYRIGHT: Your session includes printing rights to select photos but the photographer retains copyrights to all photos. Photographer reserves the right to publish photos on digital platforms (website, social media, etc.) unless client specifies otherwise in writing when submitting this form. GALLERIES: Photo selection galleries will be sent to you 2-3 weeks after your session. Rush editing is available for an additional charge. Ask for more information on this option if this is something you’re interested in. COVID-19 PRECAUTIONS: I have my COVID-19 vaccine, will wear a KN95 mask during all indoor sessions, and will wash and sanitize my hands regularly. If you would like me to wear a mask to an outdoor session, just ask and I am happy to mask up. ILLNESS: The health and safety of my families is very important. If you or a member of your family becomes ill, has any COVID-19 symptoms, has COVID-19 exposure or becomes injured and you need an alternate date, please notify me ASAP and I will reschedule your session. STUDIO TIMING: Most indoor sessions start between 9 a.m. and 2 p.m. and studios typically book 3-4 weeks in advance. OUTDOOR TIMING: Most outdoor sessions are schedule during "golden hour" which is an hour or two before sunset or an hour or two after sunrise. Timing is very important when it comes to my photography style. If you choose to move the time of your session to another time that is outside golden hour, please know that the look of your photos may vary due to harsher lighting conditions.
