GRAD SESSIONS

Commemorate your graduation with a photo session! We’ll meet at a beautiful outdoor location and capture photos of you in your cap and gown and/or any outfit of your choosing. You can customize your session to match your desired style - fun, relaxed, glam, etc. - and you can include friends and family in your photos too. Prices are only available in April and May and are subject to date avaialblility.

DEPOSIT: A deposit is due in order to secure your session ($200 for groups, $50 for individuals). Your deposit will be credited towards your photo session balance. PAYMENTS: If you have a remaining balance, it is due the day of your session. COPYRIGHT: Your session includes printing rights to purchased photos. Photo will be delivered in high resolution JPEG format. The photos delivered are not to be edited by the client or other person. RAW files are not provided. The photographer retains copyrights to all photos and the photographer reserves the right to post photos to digital platforms (social media, website, etc.) unless client specifies otherwise in writing within 7 days of gallery delivery. TIMING: You'll have a scheduled start time for your session. Please arrive early and be fully ready to start before your scheduled start time. Depending on the number of sessions booked for the evening, I might not have the ability to make up missed time due to late arrivals. SELECTION GALLERY: Photo selection galleries will be sent to you 2-4 weeks after your session. Rush editing is available for an additional charge. Ask for more information on this option if this is something you’re interested in. PHOTO STORAGE: Please download and back up your photos (more information on this is provided in the photo management guide you'll receive with your gallery). Once purchased photos are delivered, the photographer does not guarantee copies of your photos will be retained beyond 90 days. Online galleries are also not meant for long term storage and are only guaranteed for 90 days. If you gallery is decommissioned and you request for it to be rebuilt, a $75 gallery build fee will likely apply to cover the time required to rebuild your gallery. REFUNDS: Your retainer is not refundable unless - rain/lightning prevent the session from taking place and we are unable to reschedule - COVID-19 regulations prevent sessions - The unlikely chance that the photographer is unable to fulfill contract due to illness or injury ILLNESS & INJURY: If you or a member of your family becomes ill, has any COVID-19 symptoms or becomes injured and you need an alternate date, I will do my very best to find you another date. WEATHER: The photographer will make the call on weather the day of your session (if you're booking an evening session) or the evening before your session (if you're booking a morning session). OTHER PHOTOGRAPHY: Taking photos with phones or with other cameras during your designated session time is prohibited. This interferes with session flow which can reduce the number of photos in your final gallery and and is distracting to all participants. Initial below to accept the terms.
