Terms

RETAINER: A $200 retainer is required to book your session. The retainer will be applied toward your session balance. The retainer is not refundable unless the session is cancelled due to rain or if the unlikely case that the photographer is unable to perform the session due to travel delays, illness or injury. PAYMENTS: The remaining balance for your session ($500 for a full session or $150 for a mini session) is due before your session. If you choose to purchase additional photos, beyond the number included with your session, payment must be received before digital files will be delivered. GALLERIES: Photo selection galleries will be sent to you 2-3 weeks after your session. WEATHER: The photographer will determine if the session is canceled due to weather. Weather cancellations are typically made the night before for sunrise sessions and by noon the day of the session for sunset sessions. ILLNESS & INJURY: If you or a member of your family becomes ill or becomes injured and you need an alternate date, I will do my very best to find you another date.
