Please include more info about your pups. I don't typically recommend bringing dogs to mini sessions due to the short time we'll have together.

GALLERY SIZE: Your proof gallery will include a large collection of full edited images. You can choose the photos you'd like as a part of your session fee or you can upgrade to the full gallery.
DELUXE STORYTELLING SESSIONS: are $1,400 and include 120 minutes of shooting and includes all your best digital images. This session is perfect for families who have large extended families, want multiple locations/looks or more complex shoots like farm or adventure sessions.
SIGNATURE STORYTELLING SESSIONS: are $750 and include and 60+ minutes of photography. Your choice of 15 photos is included with your session. Additional photos can be purchased for $45 each or $350 for the entire gallery.
HALF SESSIONS: are $550 and include your 30 minutes of photography choice of 10 photos. Additional photos can be purchased for $45 each or $250 for the entire gallery.
MINI SESSIONS: are $350 and include 15 minutes of photograph and your choice of 5 photos. Additional photos can be purchased for $45 each or $200 for the entire gallery.
DEPOSIT: A $300 non-refundable deposit is due upon booking and will be applied toward your session balance. Your session will not be officially reserved until your deposit is paid. Your deposit is not refundable unless...
- Rain or lightning prevent the session from taking place and a suitable reschedule date cannot be found
- The unlikely chance that the photographer is unable to fulfill contract due to illness or injury and a reschedule date cannot be found
- The photographer pre-approves the cancellation
LOCATION: I try to book locations that look good during specific seasons and that aren't overly crowded. I do my best to stick with the location listed online but if the location looks bad due to weather conditions or other circumstances beyond my control (example: drought or heavy rains), I might request to move locations.
PAYMENTS: Flexible, interest-free payment plans are available. The remaining balance for your session, less your deposit, is due at the day before your session. If you purchase upgrades after you receive your proof gallery, upgrades must be paid in full before the digital product will be delivered. Studio rental fees must be paid in full at least one week before your session. Payments can be made via Venmo, cash or online invoice (credit, debit, ACH).
UPGRADES: Your session includes printing rights to a select number of digital photos. You will have the option to purchase additional photos at the agreed upon price.
TIMELINESS: Please plan to arrive early to allow time for restroom stops and outfit changes. If you arrive late to your session, it is unlikely all the missed time can be recovered due to the sun setting or schedule constraints. Refunds will not be issued for time lost due to late arrival.
ILLNESS & INJURY: If you or a member of your family becomes ill or becomes injured and you need an alternate date, I will do my very best to reschedule your session.
WEATHER: The call on weather related cancellations will be made by the photographer. Typically, sessions are only rescheduled if there's rain, windy conditions or unseasonably cold or hot temperatures. For sunset sessions, the weather assessment is usually made by noon on the day of your session. For sunrise sessions, the assessment is usually done the evening before your session. Sunshine glow cannot be guaranteed for mini sessions or for sessions booked in peak busy season. If sunshine glow is important to you, please note this in your registration form.
GALLERIES: Selection galleries typically take3-6 weeks during peak season. If you need your photos back by a specific date, please let me know in writing before your session and I will do my best to help. Rush editing is available but fees may apply.
COPYRIGHT: Your session includes printing rights to purchased photos. Photo will be delivered in high resolution JPEG format. The photos delivered are not to be edited by the client or other person. RAW files are not provided. The photographer retains copyrights to all photos and the photographer reserves the right to post photos to digital platforms (social media, website, etc.) unless client specifies otherwise in writing before your session.
PRINTS & PRODUCTS: Any photos you purchase include printing rights so you may print photos or order photo products at the photo lab of your choice. Your gallery will also include print and product offerings, should you want help ordering prints through a professional lab.
PHOTO STORAGE: Please download and back up your photos (more information on this is provided in the photo management guide you'll receive with your gallery). Once purchased photos are delivered, the photographer does not guarantee copies of your photos will be retained beyond 90 days. Online galleries are also not meant for long term storage and are only guaranteed for 90 days. If you gallery is decommissioned and you request for it to be rebuilt, a $75 gallery build fee will likely apply to cover the time required to rebuild your gallery.
